Global Sheila Community Projects
The partners of Global Sheila are strong supporters of the Royal Flying Doctor Service. In particular we have participated in the production of a book "Red Dust in Her Veins – Women of the Pilbara".
This fabulous book not only features 12 women who have spent all or some of their lives in this remote part of Australia but has photographs from 5 wonderful Australian landscape photographers. The first edition was sold out in less than 6 months and the second edition is now available. $100,000 for the RFDS has already been raised through this project
We commend this book to you, to your friends as Christmas and Birthday presents and to your company as corporate gifts. Copies are only available from the RFDS and they receive all of the profits from the book sales.
